Garlic & Herb Cottage Cheese Dip

This nutritious garlic & herb cottage cheese dip comes together in just a few minutes and stays fresh in the fridge for up to two weeks. This makes a healthy addition to any meal that you’re looking to boost and can be used as a condiment in wraps etc. You’ll see me add these to my meals very often!

Ingredients

Garlic & Herb Cottage Cheese Dip

  • 300g Full Fat Cottage Cheese

  • 200g Full Fat Greek Yoghurt

  • 4 Fresh Garlic Cloves, grated

  • Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

  • Fresh Dill, finely chopped

  • Fresh Chives, finely chopped

  • Juice & zest of half a lemon

  • Freshly grated black pepper, to taste

  • A Pinch of Sea Salt

  • 2 Red chillies, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend your cottage cheese if you prefer a smoother texture as it can be lumpy (optional)

  2. In an airtight container, combine all your ingredients together and mix till well combined

  3. Store in its airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
